The End is Nigh: Spoilers!

Read at your own risk. Actually there really isn't any spoilers that I wrote. But you can't really trust my judgment... so yeah, read at your own risk.

YES. I have finally watch WATCHMEN. I watched it today with Sarah and Maria. It was amazing! It followed the book exactly and all the characters were perfect! They even look like the ones in the book. I was a little disappointed with Malin Akerman. She didn't play the part well, and although I did kinda find Silk Spectre 2 a little annoying in the book, she's even more annoying in the movie. She couldn't even cry properly and that whole scene looked like a joke. When she was about to shoot Veidt was also lame. The way she said the line was funny.
It should have been "Veidt, you asshole" but she said "you're such an asshole". YES, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.

Matthew Goode played Veidt better than I expected! He's such a babe! And he's British too, which is always a plus...I think.

The fight scenes were a little more brutal than I expected. More bloodied. You can definitely tell that it was the work of the director who also directed 300.

I am definitely going to buy the DVD and watch the whole thing again!

I have to say, the guy who played Rorshach, Jackie Earle Haley, was amazing! He was the perfect Rorsarch!Jeffrey Dean Morgan played The Comedian well too. He even looks like him! And Patrick Wilson was a perfect Night Owl. Although he had to put on a few pounds for the character he still looks kinda hott, especially after he had sex with Silk Spectre 2. The guy who played Dr. Manhattan, Billy Crudup, was okay. For some reason Dr. Manhattan looked really cute to me in the movie. The part when he was examining the bra was funnier than it's supposed to be.

I just realized that they didn't put in the scene when the first Night Owl got killed by some gangsters. But oh well, I guess it wasn't really important anyway.

But the annoying thing was the cinema kept cutting the scenes when Dr. Manhattan was naked. It's not that I wanted to see his package,(I've already seen it in the book, it's awfully small, it was kinda funny to look at)but Dr. Manhattan says a lot of important stuff in those scenes! It is not his fault he feels uncomfortable in human clothes.

And the picture above, I caught it in between scenes so many times! I was so excited.

Ooh and MyChem's cover of Desolation Row was played only at the end of the movie. I really thought it was gonna be in the movie because Gerard Way said that it was played during an important scene. Oh well.

I'm sleepy. I'm going to dream of making out with the REAL Frank Iero. Maria claimed that she dreamt she made out with 'Frank' last night. Pfft, not even in her dreams! That was clearly an imposter of Frank Iero.

Just Like A Circus: Burgeble

I hate crying, it makes me feel like there's chlorine in my nose for the next three days. Not pleasant. I've been meaning to do a birthday post for Dina but I was too emo for the past week and it won't do her birthday post justice with all my miserable-ness. Funny enough, Sarah's surprise partay was on the same day as Dina's birthday. I didn't want to ruin it with my emo-ness but Astrid dragged me out of the house. And um I went to the desert with Fatin's family and my own on the same day. But will update on that later!
ANYWAYS:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DINA!!

SPONGEBOB CAKE

CATERPILLAR CAKE. Because it looks yummy.

I miss you soooo much!I hope you had an awesome b-day without me! I remember when Dayah and Anis and me surprised you by turning up at your house last year :P. Nearly gave you a heart attack. I'll give you a pressie when I go back to M'sia in summer!

Zomg, I just realised, DINA'S 17!!SHE CAN DRIVE. My baby is growing up.

Oh and I just check out Watchmen from the library. It is aaawesooome. I didn't know graphic novels can be so addictive. It's like watching a movie, but in still pictures.

And UGH. Britney Spears's song is stuck in my head.

Blah

Yes, that is how I feel right now. Blah. I had a really bad day today, nothing happened it's just one of those days. And I think I'm anemic again, because I've been getting even more easily tired after each P.E class. I think it's because I've stopped eating vegetables again. But it's really not my fault that I never have any appetite for such things.

On a brighter note, this guy in my Printmaking class knows about Watchmen! One of the few in this world/school at this moment. He saw that I drew this symbol in my sketchbook and he instantly recognized it!:

Well, I couldn't get the blood part right. But I was so happy that somebody knew about it that I actually didn't fall asleep throughout the class despite my sleepiness -I had Algebra 2 after P.E- .
Not many people know about it being a graphic novel. And although I hate The Comedian, I bet I'm going to like him once I see Jeffrey Dean Morgan playing the character. He's such a cool actor. And I wish they sell the novels here so I can finish the whole series! Maybe it's in the library. *fingers crossed*

Desolation Row!

THE VIDEO IS OUT! AND IT IS AWESOOOOOME. No, more than awesome, it was amaziiiing!

Directed by the Watchmen director himself! The slow motion part when they were assaulted (poor Bob)and arrested looked soooo cool! And I will never get tired of Frank's awesome guitar moves and the whole spitting water out into the air will never get old in my book. And I swear Ray's fro is getting sexier every time I looked at it.I also liked how Gerard turned an old happy country song into this punk-rock head-banging shit.I can't be sure but I think Mikey was spotting a mini mohawk(sp?) in the video.

Although Gerard mentioned that the video had a lot of tie-ins with the movie, I only saw like, one. The smiley face on Bob's drum kit. OH WELL. Maybe it was one of those hidden tie-ins.

Oh God, my mom has facebook. Now she will know everything I'm up to.THE WORLD IS CRUEL. Next thing you know, she'll get a blog!

EDIT: I'm sorry, I just have to blog about him!

DAVE THE LAUGH.

I think this picture was his personal one. Just look at those eyes!

This one was from the movie.

And that, are the scenes he was in. WATCH TO FIND OUT WHAT NUNGA-NUNGAS ARE.

Nunga - Nungas and a 30 sec. Preview.

I would like to apologize to Dee. Um the other Dee. I should not have been upset just because she did not read my blog. I mean the world doesn't revolve around me. I'm not the sun king! Like King Louis the XVI! And unlike me, she has SPM this year. Grrr, I blame her teachers.

Anyways, I would just like to correct my previous post when I said that the song in the Watchmen trailer was by MCR when it was actually by the Smashing Pumpkin, a song called 'The Beginning is the End is the Beginning'. And I watched the preview of the cover that MCR did for the movie. It looked really really good. But the music video looked like the Teenagers one. The director of the movie wanted MCR to do a cover on that song, Desolation Row, because it was popular in the 1985, but I don't think it will fit in with any of the scenes in the movie. But who knows, it's not like I've already watched the damn thing.

Below is ze 30 second preview of ze cover.

Oh and I watched this movie 'Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging'. It was so wonderfully cheesy, it's not even funny! I loved it! The guys were hott to a burning degree, the plot wasn't too unrealistic, the situation was relate-able and the cat was adorable. Ahh, what I wouldn't give to have Dave the Laugh talking about 'nunga-nugas' with me.

Doesn't she look like Arezou's sister?

Today we had a 'Twilight moment' in Biology. We had to examine onion root cell under the microscope and identify the different phases of mitosis. Although both of my partners were girls, therefore unable to play the part as my 'Edward', Sheila had Dylan as her partner and so I suggested to her that he becomes her 'Edward' so she can live up the dream of being in that particular scene in Twilight. But after the lab was done, she came up to me and said that her 'Edward' was very unresponsive. Hahahaha. Maybe he's sick today or something. Everyone is getting the cold, since the weather is pretty cold right now. I know I am getting sick. I have a sore throat and hopefully my voice will sound sexy when it gets hoarse.

Strangers shouldn't talk to little girls.

Right now, I really, really want to watch Watchmen! I got to know about the movie through MyChem's blog. Apparently they did a cover on a Bob Dylan's song for the movie soundtrack and it's also in the trailer if I'm not mistaken. Well it sounded like Gerard Way to me anyways. And speaking of the trailer, it's amazing! I was totally blown away!

And, and, I watched this movie 'Hard Candy' at Maria's with Sarah and Maria herself. Ellen Page is in it and so is Patrick Wilson who will play Nightwing in Watchmen. He is amazing and a hot pedophile too. In the movie anyways. If you know anyone who is a potential pedophile/rapist/molester, I recommend you force them to watch Hard Candy. I have never been more afraid of Ellen Page after I watched it.

I also found this video about Draco and Ginny. For some reason I think Draco and Ginny does make a good couple especially when Ginny is all hot and feisty when she grew up and hit puberty. And I've always thought Draco kind of had a thing for her when i read the second book. Anyways, this video just reminded me of how cute Tom Felton was when he was younger! But for some reason he didn't look so good in the third movie. I can't remember how he looked like in the fourth.

Wow, I sure posted a lot of shiznits today.
