When I said why...

I meant why are you so mad at me for being mad at you?

Am I always shouting and screaming at you?

Am I always the one complaining about practically everything?

Am I always the one whose talking and not letting people interrupt me?

Don't I get to be upset once in a while?

Don't I get to not be the one who always have to listen?

I listen. I listen to people. People tell me their problems. People said that they can tell me anything. That I can keep a secret. That they would have never tell anyone except me.

I used to take these as compliments way back then. But now, I almost see it as an insult. If you are so grateful that I listen to you all the time, why not listen to me sometimes?

Do people not know that I am a human being that actually has a life and a series of emotions?

Sometimes what you say really hurt me but I don't show it because that's just the way I am. And sometimes you do scream at me and you've even hit me. You hit me so hard that it hurt my feelings. Maybe I can get a little too far when I'm in my 'ranting mood', but it's one of my many flaws. And if I can excuse some your flaws, why can't you excuse this one? Because as far as I know, this flaw of mine is nothing compared to some of yours. Surely you can't be that hurt just because I didn't let you interrupt? I've been hurt way worse and I know you have too.

This and the time I have screamed at you for Simba, you said those are times when I didn't let you interrupt. What were you gonna say about him while I was screaming at you? It wouldn't matter, because the thought that was running through my mind when I was upset that time was that you called my cat stupid and ugly. And you said it with such hatred too. There was nothing you could have said that could take that back.

What did Simba do to deserve being called stupid and ugly? He didn't bother you, he stayed away from you and never layed a paw on you. He actually tried being nice to you because that's just the way Simba is. He loves people. He never POUNCED on you for God's sake. He has crawled to you expecting a nice pat on the head sure, but never POUNCE. Imagine trying to be nice to someone, expecting that someone to treat them the same but then receive comments saying that you're stupid and ugly instead.

I don't mind if you get mad, but why this mad?

I understand if you get mad at me because I tried to convince you otherwise but surely I haven't screamed at you more often than you have screamed at me? Surely I haven't hurt you as much as you and other people have hurt me?

How is it that you listening when you scream any better than me screaming once in a while without interruption?

I get hurt almost everyday. It's just that nobody notices or don't bother to.

First Is Always the Worst

Not really, but it just came to me ...and it rhymes.

First day of school was....slow. It wasn't bad but it wasn't too great either. I was nervous that something bad will happen like I got into a class that I wasn't supposed to be in or something.Things like that scares me. But one kid did get into the wrong class, he thought our Math SL class was his Algebra 2 class.

Today we had to spend around 20 minutes in each of our 8 classes so the day felt way longer. And I kinda died somewhere around second period. The way the teachers talked about IB was like giving us a death sentence. And there's no turning back. They already gave us homework today.

And it's true! I'm technically in pre-college now because of IB, so 'technically' I graduated last year! Technically...

I was a little scared of my new English teacher. I can't remember his exact words but:

Mr. Walsh: Everyone must participate in class. If I see anyone falling asleep*holds golf club threateningly* ....they'll be rudely awakened
Me: *eyes golf club*

I don't know why he had a golf club in the classroom but Sarah and Maria said it's normal and that I would get used to it.

My Mathematics teacher had a creepy smile.

My Chemistry teacher used to teach kids from prison.

And my Spanish teacher has shaved her head once for charity.

Anyways, this is a combo of the mini promos for Gossip Girl Season 3:

Doesn't Nate's smile in the end just kills you? It's like he was caught doing something bad... and liked it.

I Rescue Groceries

So today me and the family went to Jarir bookstore to buy some school supplies for tomorrow. But we had to rush because apparently one of our Malaysian neighbors got into an accident, so his wife asked my parents if they could pick him up since his car was really busted. So after Jarir, we went to rescue him and his groceries.

Apparently, this super long truck carrying cement lost control and fell on its sides and around 4 or 5 cars crashed into each other because of it. My neighbor's car was one of them, although his was hit the worse because the front of his car hit a bus.

I swear car accidents here happen as often as leakage of celebrity nude photos in Hollywood.

So that's the cement truck that fell. The one in blue is the neighbor and my dad is the one next to him.

That's the car.

And the tow truck came to take it away.

So after we rescued his groceries (he went home with the tow truck) and returned them to their rightful kitchen, I went to Carrefour with my parents. There I spilled some liquid body soap. I kinda actually emptied the whole bottle. I didn't even noticed I did that until my mom was like "Dianah, you spilled body soap!" And I panicked and asked if we should still pay for it, but my mom said to just leave it there. And then my dad came:

Abah: Eh, sape tumpah nih?
Me: Uh, not me
Abah: Not you?
Me: Nope
Mama: It is her.

and now....

ehem ehem....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ABEE!!

She's 17 and will be able to drive before I can. I am way jealous.

I hope you had a great birthday hun, everyone deserves one especially you!

Stay beautiful, sarcastic and witty because that's why I <3 yooooh.

Ramadhan Kareem

Happy Ramadhan to all! I have no idea what the sign says in the picture, but it's cute and I'm sure it has something to do with Ramadhan. I found this picture on DeviantArt, by BahiQ8. I hope she won't mind me using the picture, but it's just too cute to pass up.

I actually am in a fasting mood now that I have prayed Tarawih. I don't know if I spelled that right.I hope it won't be so bad, I don't really mind the hunger, it's just I'll be very self-conscious with my bad breath.

And as for those who chooses not to fast, keep it on the DL.Or better yet, make a better choice and fast.

I Like Applebees

Martin from Boys Like Girls has some sick traditional Malay moves. There's a vid of him and Paul dancing like true Malaysians on his blog. I've been to that restaurant before. I didn't get dragged to be forced to dance though. I think they only pick the white people who of course won't know how to do the Malay dance. Although Martin seems to be a pro at it.

Watch it here: http://www.martinsays.com/

Today I finished my puasa ganti-ing. It wasn't that bad. I spent the day watching stuff with Sarah. We made sexual jokes about A Walk To Remember, (not that I don't find the movie heart breaking) it's like the Secret Garden all over again. And then we watched some 90210 episodes, where I kept asking questions that I know were not gonna be answered.I think I'm hooked on this show, but Annie is so annoying. I hated her by the 3rd episode.

Oh and we also tried getting rid of my humongous zit. Which to my opinion just got bigger.

THREE DAYS AWAY FROM THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL AND IT HAS TO POP OUT LIKE THIS??

Oh, cruel world.

I don't think I've had one as big as this before, seriously.

Anyways after Maghrib, I went to Applebees with the family for Marsya's bday. Her birthday is actually not until next week but my mom doesn't want to go out during the fasting month.

The food was sooooo good! I love the mash potatoes. And I was horrified when these waitress came and started singing this not-so-catchy birthday song. It was for Marsya of course, but I told my mom to NEVER, ever do that for me -again,she has done it to me before- because they all look pretty miserable when they do it, and it's embarrassing. Although Marsya seems to like it, just goes to show that she loves to watch people in misery. I keep telling my parents she's evil, but they never believe me. She tried to make me choke on water a few times.

The waitress singing and looking like they're happy, but they're not!

And there she is, the little devil, enjoying the waitress' misery.

I told you she's evil!

EDIT:// I wasn't going to watch it, but after this video, full of abs and more abs, I think I will. Sorry Sarah.

Hi My Name Is Charlie

My Chemical Romance is going to Aussie for a show and hopefully they won't stop by at Malaysia. And the reason being is that I am selfish and I don't want them to stop by in Malaysia in February when I won't be able to see them!

Anyways, I have found a new actor to admire: Anton Yelchin.

I am not sure how good he is of an actor, but his performance in Charlie Bartlett was really great. He made his character seem charming and lovable instead of annoying despite his unexplainable personality.I think he would be able to pull off Holden's character if they ever made a movie for Catcher in the Rye. The movie is about this not-so-normal kid (I'm sure all of us can relate to that) who got kicked out of private schools and so he was forced to go to a public school where he gain popularity by being everyone's psychiatrist.Kat Dennings and Robert Downey Jr (IRON MAN) is in it too.

His office.

Sooo Fred Weasley.

And speaking of Anton Yelchin, he's going to be in the movie New York, I Love You. If you've seen Paris, Je'taime, this movie is like that only it's based on people in New York. If you've seen the trailer, he's the one sitting on the bench saying how much he loves New York. There will be other famous people there too, Shia Labeouf and Orlando Bloom to name a (very) few. If you want the whole list, check out IMDb. And next year, they will make Shanghai, I Love You.
Obviously, this branch of movie is going to continue.

Kuala Lumpur, Ku Cintamu?

I really think I should just make this blog into a movie reviewing website or something. I never seem to blog about my life.

I Have Shrimp Shit Phobia

So I was helping my dad with dinner. He was frying some shrimps. He had already cleaned and skinned them from their shells. I then went to the sink to wash some bowls and that's when I saw these string like objects hanging in the sink. I pick one of them and put them in the bin. My dad then informed me that they were shrimp poop. And that's when it all started.

I started feeling like I was going to be sick and this odd sensation of numbness crept up my neck and onto the back of my head. I suddenly had a huge headache and I started to see black patches everywhere. And I felt like I was falling down into a black bottomless pit.

So I went to sit down.....

and I felt better...

hehehe...

It wasn't that dramatic.

okay it wasn't dramatic at all.

but I'm updating on Sarah' s request, (but who doesn't want to read about Leighton Meester's sex tape?)

and since I do not have anything to talk about, I decided to exaggerate the highlight of my day. Discovering that it wasn't shrimp poop after all, it was just this thing that was in their spine or something.

I'LL UPDATE ON EVERYTHING ELSE LATER.

when I feel like it.
